Ingredients

Cooking Procedure

  1. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add beef and brown slightly.
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar, star anise, water.
  4. Simmer until tender.
  5. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
  6. Make garlic fried rice separately.
  7. Serve with rice and beef soup.
